We would like to write a post to say THANK YOU to all our members.
After a tough and strange year we have hit this one off with a bang!
We welcome all of our new members and our existing members!
After some much needed changes we have got our clean friendly and social gym space back to where it always used to be!
So thanks again everyone and roll on 2022!!

We now have bumpers on the hip thrust station as well as the deadlift platform !
